Teachers Development

The teachers development program of TESE is basically aimed at providing PGDT and other pedagogical training to potential teachers and placing them at /matching them with corresponding schools. We support graduates (particularly girls) of English, physics, geography, biology, chemistry, mathematics… to be employed for teaching / teachers through provision of PGDT and other pedagogical schemes in collaboration with partner universities/colleges and matching with schools/employers.

The pedagogical skills training focuses on:

• The core elements of the education policy
• Demystification of some concepts like curriculum, syllabus, flow chart
• Learning style
• Pedagogy in general
• Subject pedagogy/methodology
• Digital pedagogy
• Instructions planning
• Classroom organization and behavior management
• Assessment-testing-and evaluation and etc.

No one rejects, dislikes, or avoids pleasure because it is pleasure, but because those who do not know how to pursue pleasure rationally encounter consequences that are extremely painful. Nor again is there anyone who loves or pursues or desires to obtain pain itself, because it is pain, but because occasionally circumstances occur in which toil and pain can procure.

Internship Program

In business (Accounting, management, economics, finance, etc), and social Sciences (Psychology, sociology, development studies, project management, social education).

Objectives:

• Equipping graduates with applicable knowledge, practical skills and appropriate mind-set/attitude
• Serving as a bridge between graduation and employment/entrepreneurship
• Facilitating graduates to acquire on-the-job experience, skills and knowledge (expose them to working environment and cultures)
• Keeping the graduate concentrated and inhibit them to involve in any potentials anti-peace movement
• Motivating the youths to pursue further education to develop appetite for success
• Inspiring the subsequent graduates
• Providing the job market with enhanced and skilled human power

Agency for Social Entrepreneurial Development Projects

TEACH Ethiopia Social Enterprise takes subsgranting contracts to implement development projects aimed at:

• Enhancing capacities of youth graduates towards bridging employment / entrepreneurship
• Helping the youths access to finance and
• Ensuring the trained youths either start their own business or got employed

Our development projects intend to increase academic performance/success rates of secondary school students; and develop psychosocial competencies and interpersonal skills of secondary school students. We develop knowledge and soft skills of students. We enhance individual and institutional capacities of schools and digital literacy of school communities. The sum of which shall pave the way for students' success in their career development, employability and beyond.
