Strategic initiatives for youth development and employment
The teachers development program of TESE is basically aimed at providing PGDT and other pedagogical training to potential teachers and placing them at /matching them with corresponding schools. We support graduates (particularly girls) of English, physics, geography, biology, chemistry, mathematics… to be employed for teaching / teachers through provision of PGDT and other pedagogical schemes in collaboration with partner universities/colleges and matching with schools/employers.
No one rejects, dislikes, or avoids pleasure because it is pleasure, but because those who do not know how to pursue pleasure rationally encounter consequences that are extremely painful. Nor again is there anyone who loves or pursues or desires to obtain pain itself, because it is pain, but because occasionally circumstances occur in which toil and pain can procure.
This scheme refers to selection, recruitment, development and placement of highly motivated recent university graduates and young professionals from varied disciplines towards facilitating them to get employed.
In this program, we receive a range of applications of graduate unemployed youths (GUY) who would like to serve as interns, scrutinize, screen, assess/test and develop their employability and work readiness skills, and subsequently place them at various host companies/organization to initially serve as interns and potentially turn to be employees or entrepreneurs.

Our development projects intend to increase academic performance/success rates of secondary school students; and develop psychosocial competencies and interpersonal skills of secondary school students. We develop knowledge and soft skills of students. We enhance individual and institutional capacities of schools and digital literacy of school communities. The sum of which shall pave the way for students' success in their career development, employability and beyond.
